Inn the Fold…

Spring is a great time to dive into a new project and that is just what these folks did during our Grown Up Farm Camp.

Origamists

Throughout the week participants were busy creating an edible centerpiece, attending book club as well as a digital camera workshop. Two highlights of the week were listening to Dennis tell the tale of his youthful adventures on the Pacific Crest Trail and the Origami workshop!

Origami Bouquet

Chef Jesse’s dad, Gerardo Acosta, was the instructor. His Origami skills were truly impressive. Participants were amazed at how quickly Gerardo’s hands turned ordinary paper into a piece of art. Gerardo has been practicing this self taught craft since he was just 10 years old!

Origami

The group was thrilled to create a crane and a boat. All that was required was a little paper, some patience, and a whole lot of laughter!

Have you ever made an origami creation?
