Meet the New Farm Staff!

There are several new and friendly faces joining us in the barn this summer, each attached to a person with a unique set of skills and experience. Whether you are riding, making butter, collecting eggs, or visiting the animals, we know this knowledgeable group will be happy to help you enjoy your vacation. We are excited to introduce you to:

Dan
Job Title: Co-Coordinator of the Barn & Farm Educator
Expert Experience: Sheep, Goats, Cows & Fencing
Most Excited To: Teach people about farming and what it entails
Something Fun About Dan: In his off time, Dan is a tournament bass fisherman.

 

 

Carly
Job Title: Equestrian Staff
Expert Experience: Horses & Gymkhana (a timed equestrian event in which riders race through a pattern or compete in games)
Most Excited To: work with kids and teach horseback riding lessons
Something Fun About Carly: Horse training is in Carly’s heritage. She is a fourth-generation horse trainer.

 

 

Krystal
Job Title: Equestrian Staff
Expert Experience: Horses & Teaching Lessons
Most Excited To: Learn even more about the other farm animals, especially the cows, and help guests learn as well
Something Fun About Krystal: Krystal is a (mostly) raw and fully vegan mom of (soon to be) two.

 

 

Biz
Job Title: Equestrian Staff
Expert Experience: Horses & Barn Work
Most Excited To: Work with all of the animals and see the guests smiling out in the barn
Something Fun About Biz: Biz is a nickname for Elizabeth. She has been riding since she was two years old.
