All above prices indicate a "basic" rate. Higher rates apply for our "mid-priced" and "deluxe" facilities.

 

 

               
 

Deposit Policy

        A deposit of $100.00 per couple or $150.00 per family is due 4 months before your arrival date.  The deposit is applied to the balance due on your scheduled date of departure with no exceptions.  Deposits are applied to the last day of your stay.  You will lose your deposit if you arrive a day later or leave a day earlier than scheduled.

   

  Prices

  • BASIC RATES apply to all cottages, all Inn rooms, the Hideaway and the Brickhouse.

  • MID-PRICED ROOMS: Trailsend rooms add $5.00 per adult and $3.00 per child, per night.  As of June 1st 2006 Trailsend 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 will have A/C.  There will be a $10.00 per night per room surcharge from May 23 through September 2.

  • DELUXE ROOMS: Grandmother's Attic, Sugar House, English Cottage, Village Bunkhouse & The Olde Farmhouse rooms add $22.00 per adult and $9.00 per child, per night. 

  • All rooms are non-smoking.

   Rates Include

  • 3 Delicious home cooked meals a day

  • Nightly Activities for the whole family

  • Use of facilities: farm animals, boats, tennis, indoor/outdoor pools & whirlpools, hiking trails, cross country ski and snow shoe trails, sledding, ice skating,  fishing on pond and game room. 

 
 


Cancellation Policy

        Deposits are refundable minus a $15.00 service charge with a three-week notice.  If you cancel your reservation or shorten your stay with less than a three-week notice it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Pet Policy

        We will ask you to sign a pet damage form when you arrive with your pet. All damages done by your pet will be charged to your credit card.  No pets are allowed in Trailsend, Village Bunkhouse, Grandmother's Attic, Sugar House, English Cottage, Olde Farmhouse or any public rooms, (including the dining rooms and living rooms).  Please clean up after your pet.  THERE IS A $10.00 PER PET PER DAY CHARGE.  THEY MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES! 

  

 

Rates Do Not Include

  • Gratuities (ACCEPTED BY CASH OR CHECK ONLY).

  • 8% NH room & meals tax

  • Horseback Riding $40.00 per ride, Jr. Wrangler Lesson $25.00-$35.00

  • Pony rides $5.00

  • Hay or Sleigh rides $10 per adult and $5 per child

  • Lunch on arrival or departure in July or August is $7.95 per adult & $4.50 per child.

  • Dogs $10.00 per day per dog where allowed.

  • Sauna $1.00

  • Massage- $40-$65

  • Farmstead Acres Christmas Tree Package - $55
