This year the Finn Funn Weekend is October 29-31, with early arrival October 28, 2010. The weekend is being hosted by the Troy Historical Society and will take place at The Inn at East Hill Farm in Troy, NH.
For 18 years, Finn Funn Weekend has evolved into a festival whose programming now reaches out to the entire American community. Each year as it travels to a new site, Finn Funn Weekend has awakened interest in all things Finnish among Finnish Americans. Come and enjoy the activities many of you have come to expect with a Finn Funn Weekend. We will have dances, a tori, movies, lectures and abundant coffee and pulla. The most climbed mountain in the world, Mount Monadnock, is in our backyard and can be seen from most anywhere in town. This year's venue will also allow you to enjoy and remember being on a farm. Bring your children or grandchildren and experience making butter after you milk the cows and eating fresh eggs you have collected.
